Moss Street Farmers Market

Our Winter Markets begin on November 2, with most vendors indoors, in the Garry Oak Room and Sir James Douglas school gymnasium. Winter Markets are every Saturday, November through April, with reduced hours of 10am to 1pm.

Our 29th annual Holiday Market will be on Saturday & Sunday, December 14 & 15 (10am to 4pm each day), with over 70 vendors in the Sir James Douglas school gymnasium, Garry Oak Room, Fairfield Community Centre, and a school portable.

Our neighbours at the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria are holding their 35th annual Paint-In, on Saturday, July 20. Moss Street will be closed to vehicle traffic as it converts to a walking tour of over 160 artists (and anticipating ~40,000 attendees)

Moss Street Market’s hours will be extended for the day from 10am to 4pm. We would love to see Paint-In attendees visit Moss Street Market midway through their tour.

The opening bell at 10am on Saturday, May 4, 2024 will ring in Moss Street Farmers Market’s 33rd summer season. Victoria’s premier farmers market, Moss Street Market operates year-round, with over 30 local, organic farmers and another 120+ crafters, artisans, food and drink vendors, cideries, distillers, brewers, vintners, and more. Stroll the market to peruse all our local artisans’ wares while listening to live local musicians. Enjoy an amazing hot lunch, or feast on snacks, baked goods, ice cream, freezies, coffee, tea, or kombucha. All locally made, there’s something for everyone at Moss Street Farmers Market.
