2010 Annual General Meeting Details
We hope that all Market members are aware of our upcoming AGM. If not, please let us know – and read on for the AGM details.
Date: Saturday afternoon, March 27th, 2010
Time: 1-4pm
Location: Garry Oak Room, Thurlow Rd, Victoria BC
Bring your own mug for refreshments.
Membership Renewal will take place prior to the opening of our AGM.
To participate in the decision making processes at the AGM, you must be a member in good standing – meaning, have paid your membership in full for 2010. Please bring your cheque book to renew your Membership, and, if applicable, to reserve your spot for the 2010 Market Season. The 2010 Membership Fee is $25 for Vending members and $5 for Supporting (non-Vending) members.
Resolutions
Resolutions must be received by the Board by THURSDAY FEB 25th, 2010. Email your resolution(s) to mosstressa@yahoo.ca or drop off a letter in person to 1330 Fairfield Rd, attn: Moss Street Market Board. All received resolutions and the AGM agenda will be emailed to the membership list by Feb 27th, and posted on our Market Governance page. If you are not on the membership list, or your email address has changed, or just want to be sure that you are on the list – please email your details to Board@MossStreetMarket.com.
